Welcome to Our Home!

We are an intimate, six-unit residential condominium complex, with four detached garages, in the Monument Avenue Historic District of Richmond, Virginia. The complex was built in 1924 at the peak of the pre-Depression real estate boom. It was a time when apartments were gaining in popularity and were patterned after the luxurious apartments of Paris. The building was totally renovated with all new interior improvements, and converted to condominiums in 2004 at the ripe old age of 80.
