Procedures for Meetings
The Association is responsible for annual election of the three directors of the Association Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is responsible for financial concerns and management of the Association, including adoption of an annual budget and setting monthly and special assessments.
There are 34 total votes possible for meetings. Second and third floor units with garages have 6 votes each. First floor units without garages have 5 votes each.
A quorum for conducting business is one-third, or 12 votes.
